Tanjung Luar is one of the villages in Keruak sub-district, East Lombok regency, West Nusa Tenggara province, Indonesia. The village is one of 4 villages and sub-districts located in Keruak sub-district.

This village has a population of mostly tribal areas Sasak, Bugis and Bajau. Located in the eastern part of the island of Lombok.

The fishermen lowered their catch. Then the fish that have been caught are brought to the auction place that has been awaited by the buyers. Fish are sold here starting from the usual fish we see in the market to large fish (giant fish) such as sharks.

All kinds of sea contents, free fish are traded. Starting from Shrimp, Crab, Shellfish, Oyster, Cuttlefish, Cuttlefish, Mackerel, Octopus, Baronang, Tongkol and Pari, Also available, anchovy that became my favorite food. The fish, sold alive and salted. Not to forget, the types of expensive export quality fish such as Krapu, Traveli, Marlin, Cakalang and even Tuna Pieces. Fish - the fish seemed to be exhibited with various sizes and varied prices. Fish with large size are usually cut small, but many are sold in a state without a scratch knife.

The sharks that are traded in this port are the catches of local fishermen who specifically hunt down to the loose waters of the Indian Ocean or the Flores Sea waters. In this port there are at least 67 units of fishing boats 40 of which hunt sharks. Types of sharks usually caught by the fishermen are sharks Loreng, Shark Genesis, Shark Lonjor and Shark Rat.Khusus for large fish, the fishermen generally already have a fixed order. Shark fin is exported to Hongkong while Manta Ray gills are shipped to a cosmetics factory in Surabaya. Nyalamak Dilau means sea salt or can also be called as Nyalama Palabuang. This salvation as a form of gratitude as well as hope that their fish catches will increase. The procession held by the people of Bajo tribe has been done for generations since 400 years ago.

Preparation that must be done to hold this ritual is to prepare a buffalo head that had been cut 3 days earlier. The buffalo horn and teeth are decorated with 0.5 grams of gold thread and placed in a place covered with a white cloth. This procession aims to ask God to be kept away from distress and illness. When the ritual Nyalamak Dilau will begin, on the shore hundreds of boats residents have been waiting to accompany the two canoes that are put together as a ride of the head of the buffalo's cockpit. Drums, gongs and flutes as musical instruments were played. Usually the magical rhythm is always made some citizens experiencing trance or kandongkoang. Upon arrival at the rock site, the buffalo head was released by Sandro Daeng Abas (handler / shaman).
